A.H. 'HOBEY' BAKER

Winner of the Ross Cup
His name is almost legend in United States College history; he quickly learned the art of effortless skating in addition to the ability to stick handle; at Princeton University, he was proficient in hockey, football, golf, track, swimming and gymnastics; after graduating he played on a team that won the Ross Cup; The Hobey Baker Award is presented to the top NCAA College player each year. Princeton's ice arena is named after him; he was elected in 1945.
